We do not provide medical advice directly. All medical advice is provided by independent, registered healthcare professionals.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Healthcare Services

When using our healthcare services:

  • All healthcare professionals are independently registered with the GMC or appropriate regulatory body
  • We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes
  • In emergencies, you should call 999 or visit A&E immediately
  • Our platform is not a substitute for emergency medical care

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms:

  • All fees are displayed clearly before purchase
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Refunds may be granted at our discretion for cancelled appointments with 24+ hours notice
  • No refunds for missed appointments without notice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, UK HealthLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
